Welcome to Notebook HacksSubmitted by Lisa on Wed, 03/21/2007 - 02:47.
We will take a time-honored tool, the basic binder, and apply updates, tweaks, and hacks that we develop here or find around the web. We are still under construction, so don't mind our dust as we build content and an intuitive navigation theme. When the site is ready, we will open registration and start building a collaborative community! Welcome and Apologies!Submitted by law on Fri, 01/11/2008 - 02:07.

I'm also a bit behind on Weekly Challenge content, so we will kick it into gear! Are you ready?! Week 1: Household Notebook ChallengeSubmitted by Lisa on Mon, 01/07/2008 - 14:43.
As is the case with many challenges, and most best intentions, life happens! I had intended to jump start this Household Notebook (HN) Challenge today - ready to go first thing in the morning with some pre-written content. But life happened, and we had wee-ones for company over the weekend, so things are getting off to a slower start - and that's OK! The idea of organizing for planning and reference is supposed to make things easier - not add pressure to an already hectic lifestyle. Remember that as we start moving along! Progress is progress, no matter what form it takes! I will start today with some basic thoughts on "Getting Started."

Sneak Peek: Unikeep Presentation BinderSubmitted by Lisa on Fri, 09/14/2007 - 22:22.
This sneak peek was offered in Unikeep's September newsletter. Oh yeah! All sorts of business uses, but I can see scrappers and artists going totally ga ga ... Not Just for Back to SchoolSubmitted by Lisa on Fri, 08/31/2007 - 15:56.
Ah, 'tis the season! All the kids are headed back to school.
Taking a departure from the classic 3-ring notebook, Mead has updated their Five Star® Class2Class binder. A bold graphic design in blue, pink, red, or black on a soft grey background is hip enough for the most discriminating teen, and conservative enough for the conference room. With a 6 pocket expanding file and a 3 subject notebook, the possibilities are endless. Imagine this little gem organizing a bill paying system or a decorating project. What about a scaled-down tickler? With pockets for each month's weeks and one for next month, you'd have one left over for an ad-hoc inbox! If you've downsized your planner to spiral notebooks, this product will give you room to sort and hold papers that you need on the run. At an MSRP of $11.99, it's definitely a must have! Using Notebooks to Organize Scrapbook Layouts?Submitted by law on Sun, 07/08/2007 - 10:57.
Nancy Nally walks you through a great form for organizing scrapbook layouts that are submitted for publication on her Scrapbook Update Blog. Not a professional? Hack the form to track essential elements that you may wish to scraplift from yourself. You could also record historical notes that may not be used on the actual layout. Keep an eye on it for some great ideas! LINK Fear FactorSubmitted by law on Tue, 05/15/2007 - 15:22.
